The for her. by Arisa mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by for her. by Arisa ("for her. by Arisa," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (the "Mobile Terms").

We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Service, or any of its features, at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. We will post the updated Mobile Terms with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from for her. by Arisa, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of for her. by Arisa through your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information, such as order updates and account alerts. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, cart reminders, and other marketing offers.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for the Service in order to make any purchase, and your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of any purchase from for her. by Arisa. Your participation in the Service is completely voluntary.

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide, that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS/text messages at that number, and that the mobile number you provide is accurate and valid. If your mobile number changes, you agree to notify us or opt out of the Service before you stop using that number.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. To cancel, reply STOP to +1 (888) 378-4530, click the unsubscribe link where available in any text message, or contact us at info@forherbyarisa.com with a clear request to opt out of SMS/text messages. You may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further marketing SMS/text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate further messages or separately consent to receive them again.

If you have subscribed to more than one for her. by Arisa mobile message program, you may need to opt out separately from each program, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
