First Taste Promise Policy

At for her. by Arisa, we understand how important nourishment is during the postpartum period. We thoughtfully create every product to support you with both care and flavor—and we want you to feel confident trying us for the first time.

If your first taste doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Valid for first-time customers only (determined by email address, shipping address, and payment method)
  • Limited to one claim per household
  • Applies to up to $100 of your first order (before shipping and taxes)


Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery


Refund Terms

  • Refunds are limited to a maximum of $100 from your first order
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Orders exceeding $100 will be refunded up to $100 only
  • Products must have been reasonably tried


Exclusions

  • Not valid for subscription renewals or subsequent orders
  • Additional purchases beyond your first order are not eligible
  • Claims that do not meet the above criteria or that indicate misuse or abuse of the policy may not be approved

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact info@forherbyarisa.com with:

·        Your order number

·        A brief description of your experience

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We may request photos or feedback to help us improve.

 

Policy Updates

We may update or modify this policy from time to time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
